Healthy and Lincoln Heights Health Center locations. This role is critical in supporting dental operations and delivering a positive, comfortable patient experience. Benefits Health Insurance and Wellness Rewards Program Dental and Vision Insurance Free Life & Short-Term Disability Insurance 403(b) Retirement Plan with employer match Comprehensive Paid Time Off (PTO) 10 Paid Holidays Reports to: Dental Practice Manager Location: 1401 Steffen Ave, Cincinnati, OH Key Responsibilities Prepare treatment rooms and patients for procedures Provide chairside assistance to the Dentist, Dental Hygienist, and/or EFDA Record exam findings and maintain accurate documentation Monitor sterilization cycles and follow infection control protocols Maintain inventory of dental supplies and ensure clinical readiness Support patient flow and clinic operations Assist with various dental procedures as needed Qualifications High School diploma or GED (required) Ohio Radiographer’s License (required) Certification in Dental Assisting or equivalent on-the-job training Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain) Familiarity with dental and infectious control standards Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations Strong organizational skills and willingness to learn electronic dental record systems Team-oriented, flexible, and open to supervision The HealthCare Connection is focused on creating a community that promotes dignity and respect for employees, patients and other community members.
