Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:15 AM – 1:15 PM (1‑hour lunch); Saturdays 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Pay: $22.02 – $25.34 / hour (plus potential annual performance bonus)

Responsibilities
Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams, etc.).
Administer oral solutions per training.
Research test/client information and confirm all written and electronic orders using lab technology systems, client contact, and approved tools.
Navigate computers and accurately enter data.
Obtain identification and enter billing information; collect payments when required, following corporate policies.
Process specimens (labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, preparing for transport).
Perform all non‑patient facing duties (inventory, stocking, sanitizing, filing, answering phones, email).
Read, understand, and comply with departmental policies, protocols, and procedures.
Assist with compilation and submission of statistics and data.
Maintain phlebotomy logs in a timely manner (maintenance logs, temperature logs).
Complete online and in‑person training courses promptly.
Qualifications
Three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
Keyboard/data entry experience.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on‑call, and overtime as needed.
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, clean driving record (if applicable).
Required Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).
Position requires effective communication in English.
