Position Overview Phlebotomist – IOP at Labcorp, located in Easton, MD. This role is part of either a Patient Service Center or a client office, providing exceptional customer service while performing skilled specimen collections and serving as the face of the company. Work Schedule Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Work Location Easton, MD Pay $17.75 – $20.00 per hour, payable weekly. Additional Compensation PST Incentive Plan – quarterly bonus based on performance metrics. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and related tests. Enter patient information accurately and timely. Process billing information and collect payments when required. Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen information logs. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary. Travel to additional sites when needed. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Phlebotomy certification or completion of an accredited training program; prior experience required. Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Comfortable working with minimal supervision. Reliable transportation.
