DLO Part Time Phlebotomy Service Rep I – Quest Diagnostics Diagnostic Laboratory of Oklahoma – Woodward, OK. Available Saturday and Sunday and for call‑ins. Essential Functions Show up for work, on time & prepared each scheduled workday. Perform all tasks and processes assigned, including preparation of reagents, specimen processing, instrument loading, send‑outs, filing, temperature checks, stocking supplies, answering calls, receiving specimens into the laboratory using LIS systems, performing phlebotomy and specimen collection as needed, and any other duties as assigned. Follow employer policies and work professionally with colleagues. Responsibilities Good computer skills Customer service skills Knowledge of medical terminology Phlebotomy skills Qualifications High School or GED required; previous laboratory and phlebotomy experience preferred. Physical and Mental Requirements Lift objects weighing 1–15 pounds frequently; 16–25 pounds occasionally; 26–40 pounds seldom; above 41 pounds requires assistance. Sit or stand for long periods and maintain eye and hand coordination. Perform repetitive tasks with dominant hand throughout the day. Potential travel required. Extensive phone and PC use. Fine manual dexterity, steadiness, and ability to balance. Walking, bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, reaching, twisting. Maintain a professional, courteous and pleasant attitude during heavy workload and stress. Teamwork is essential. Keyboard skills are important. Must be available to work any day, including weekends and holidays, and willing to flex hours or work overtime as needed.
