Benefits Health insurance – Kaiser Health Benefits 401(k) matching Paid time off Primary Responsibilities Office administrative duties such as phone intake and preparing email correspondence Perform detailed and accurate data entry Maintain organized and clean data in systems Compile documentation for job files Complete internal job file quality reviews Prepare estimates and billing invoices Coordinate crew and job scheduling Assist other departments, as needed Position Requirements 1+ year(s) of administrative or office‑related experience preferred Polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail Capability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented office environment Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Minimum of HSD/GED Able to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law Hours 40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required Hours vary between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Pay Rate Competitive pay based on experience.
