We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Princeton, NJ. This is a fully onsite role requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Requirements
Previous mailroom experience (mandatory)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Proficiency with basic office tools and processes
Responsibilities
Handle mailroom operations, including sorting and distributing mail
Assist with general administrative tasks and office support
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Provide support to internal teams as needed
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree preferred)
1–2 years of administrative experience in an office setting
Familiarity with mailroom procedures and equipment
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
Ability to lift and move packages as needed
