**Job#: 3013281****Job Description:**BSA/ TesterQualifications for Candidates• Proven ability to apply critical thinking to resolve complex business and technicalproblems, including root cause analysis and impact assessment.• Demonstrated capacity for rapid comprehension of new systems, businessprocesses, and technical environments.• Extensive experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver businessand technology solutions.• Strong background in managing and contributing to large-scale initiatives withsignificant business risk and visibility.• Deep expertise in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), including:o Test planning and strategy developmento Writing and executing detailed test caseso Defect tracking and resolutiono Coordinating with stakeholders to validate business requirements• Skills in eliciting, analyzing, and translating business requirements into functionalspecifications and actionable solutions.• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results independently or within ateam setting.• Analytical and research skills, with a focus on identifying trends, patterns, andactionable insights.• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a proactive approach tosolution delivery.• Skilled in interpreting and applying complex data, procedures, and regulatoryguidelines to business scenarios.• Ability to synthesize large volumes of information quickly and accurately to supportdecision-making.• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to conveytechnical concepts to non-technical audiences.• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), database tools, andpresentation software.• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including test case management, workitem tracking, and release coordination.• Familiarity with change management principles and their application in systemsimplementation and process improvement.• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education,training, and experience.*Apex Systems is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
