Responsibilities Perform deep-dive analyses and analytical experiments (including A/B tests, geo lift studies, and multivariate testing) for marketing channels, encompassing paid media, owned media, traditional offline tactics, market research, and campaign management.
Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries in Snowflake to support reporting, experimentation, and business decision-making.
Absorb and enhance data services previously managed externally, such as analytics for brand messaging, customer data integration, and performance tracking to support CXM and divisional stakeholders.
Design, implement, and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide real-time insights into marketing efficiency and ROI.
Automate data extraction, transformation, and reporting processes from multiple sources to ensure timely and accurate delivery of insights, while troubleshooting data discrepancies via tools like Google Tag Manager.
Collaborate with marketing and business teams to scope analytics needs, define data structures for reporting, identify automation opportunities, and partner with data engineering for complex ETL processes.
Analyze cross-channel data, including customer behavior, transactional metrics, market research outputs, and campaign performance, to evaluate the impact of marketing efforts and recommend optimizations.
Integrate into business operations by serving as a key point of contact for stakeholders, educating teams on data findings, and driving ownership of analytics-driven initiatives to support Holley Automotive's growth.
Leverage best practices in data visualization to create intuitive reports and dashboards that make complex insights accessible to non-technical audiences.
Stay updated on industry trends in automotive marketing analytics to continuously improve processes and deliver forward-thinking recommendations.
Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field such as Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
3-5 years of demonstrated experience in data analysis, preferably in marketing analytics, market research, or data services, with proven success in solving complex, high-impact business problems.
1–3 years of hands-on experience writing production-level SQL queries in Snowflake or another modern cloud data warehouse (BigQuery, Redshift, Synapse).
Advanced proficiency with Power BI, including strong knowledge of DAX, data modeling, and creating interactive visualizations and dashboards.
Experience with database management systems (DBMS), data warehousing, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, UTM tracking, or similar platforms.
Expert-level skills in Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
Familiarity with marketing-specific analytics, including campaign management, brand performance tracking, and customer data integration.
Heightened attention to detail, with excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills to translate data into actionable business insights.
Ability to work independently while taking ownership of stakeholder needs, with a track record of integrating into business operations and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the automotive industry or supporting client-facing roles is a plus.
