As a Technical Lead within DTPS (Digital & Technology Platforms Services), you will be responsible for overseeing code quality and solving complex technical problems, thereby ensuring that the software developed meets both functional and non-functional requirements. The Technical Lead is pivotal in steering the development team (senior and junior) towards successful product delivery by making critical technical decisions and ensuring alignment with the architectural and design standards of the organization. You will have the chance to work with the leading technologies and vendors and work closely with internal customers and teams in 29 countries as part of Coca Cola Hellenic Group. Lead the internal (and external) development teams in designing, developing, and implementing Analytics & Insights solutions. Support teams of Senior Developers across multiple development teams and take responsibility for engineering capabilities within teams Make key technical decisions and set guidelines for coding standards and practices to be followed by the development team Collaborate closely with Enterprise and Platform / Solution Architects to ensure designs align with the overall architectural vision Monitor, evaluate, and ensure the high quality of code by conducting code reviews and integrating best practices for analytical use‑cases Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that the development team encounters Mentor and support senior developers and other team members, fostering a results‑oriented culture of continuous improvement Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate into our AI and ML products where applicable Facilitate communication between team members and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and clear understanding of objectives Manage and prioritize project tasks and milestones in collaboration with product managers Demonstrate active learning capabilities, ownership and consistently applied hands‑on technical and functional competence. Profound knowledge of agile software development lifecycle including CI/CD, (Data) Quality Assurance and MLOps concepts and tools Proficient in various programming languages and tools relevant to the data and analytical areas Demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges in the AI / BI space Excellent coding skills and understanding of coding best practices and familiarity with architectural styles and design patterns Strong and hands‑on knowledge of (big) data engineering technologies (e.g., PySpark, Databricks) Strong and hands‑on knowledge and experience on cloud ecosystems (MS Azure) Guide and inspire a team of engineers to excel in product delivery Good at breaking down complex problems and making data‑driven decisions Familiar with modern FMCG industry‑specific solutions around Analytics & Insights.
