Our client provides an affordable, intuitive event management platform that helps local venues compete with large chains, with plans to expand into a broader marketplace of event services.

Location

San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Source, engage, and hire top talent across multiple functions (fully outbound role).
• Design a best‑in‑class candidate experience from first touch to offer.
• Build and amplify the employer brand through strategic channels.
• Partner with hiring managers on role scoping, job descriptions, and interview decisions.
• Improve hiring operations, tools, workflows, and analytics.
• Support early people operations, including onboarding, performance reviews, and culture initiatives.

Requirements

• 1‑3+ years in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in high‑growth startup or agency environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Passion for people, culture, and building from the ground up.
• Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast‑paced startup setting.

Nice to have

• Hands‑on experience with ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Gem).
• Demonstrated success filling technical and non‑technical roles.
