Responsibilities Run full-cycle recruiting across tech, product, and business roles Source, engage, and evaluate top candidates Manage pipelines from outreach through offer acceptance Submit candidates with clear summaries Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth process Maintain consistent communication and weekly updates Requirements 2+ years experience in agency or in-house recruiting Strong sourcing ability (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, etc.) Highly independent, organized, and performance-driven Comfortable in a commission-only structure Startup or high-growth recruiting experience is a plus Compensation High commission split on every placement Expected OTE: $200K+ for strong performers Candidate ownership for 6 months Role-specific submissions only #J-18808-Ljbffr
