Talent Acquisition Recruiter Austin, TX (Onsite) | Full Time | $40-$42/hr Overview We’re looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Contractor who can hit the ground running and deliver results fast. The recruiting team is short-staffed, so we need someone confident, proactive, and ready to take ownership of roles immediately. You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of corporate positions and be the driving force in connecting top talent with the right opportunities. Why This Role? Competitive hourly rate with the potential for temp-to-hire 18 PTO days annually (no waiting period to accrue) + 11 paid holidays Work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your impact will be seen right away What You’ll Do Partner with hiring managers to understand open roles and hiring priorities Manage the full recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination Source talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and professional networks Write and post engaging job descriptions to attract top candidates Maintain ATS accuracy and compliance throughout the process Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and ensure timely candidate communication Support onboarding, including facilitating compliance requirements such as fingerprinting What We’re Looking For 5+ years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency) Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills Financial services industry experience a plus, but not required Self-starter with a “get it done” mindset, able to work independently and with urgency Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills Willingness to work onsite in Austin and put in extra hours when needed MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
