The Opportunity We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Wyoming region seeking Recruiters. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidates—not just resumes. Key Responsibilities Source and attract qualified candidates for various manufacturing roles including production, maintenance, engineering, and skilled trades. Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and fit for a manufacturing environment. Partner closely with manufacturing hiring managers to understand departmental needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition creation to offer extension and onboarding support. Utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with hiring regulations. Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill manufacturing positions. Participate in industry-specific job fairs and community outreach to enhance the employer brand within the manufacturing sector. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, or skilled trades roles. Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates for specialized industrial positions. Strong understanding of manufacturing industry operations, roles, and compensation trends. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse candidates and hiring managers. Bonus Qualifications Experience recruiting for specific manufacturing sectors (e.g., automotive, aerospace, food production). Familiarity with common manufacturing processes, machinery, or skilled trades roles. Experience recruiting within a unionized manufacturing environment. Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles. Proficiency in Spanish or other languages common in the local manufacturing workforce.
