Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer for manufacturing positions. Partner with manufacturing leaders and hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop job profiles. Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for critical and hard-to-fill manufacturing roles. Conduct thorough interviews and assess candidate qualifications for technical skills and cultural fit within a manufacturing environment. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company HR policies. Maintain accurate candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment reports. Participate in local job fairs, trade schools, and community outreach to build talent pipelines for manufacturing operations. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing, production, engineering, or skilled trades roles. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, job functions, and industry‑specific challenges. Proficiency in various sourcing techniques to attract specialized manufacturing talent. Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills, including technical aptitude and cultural fit. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
