Job Purpose
Provide support to Human Resources Manager to drive positive results for the business in all areas of Human Resources.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment, maintaining proper payroll information, ensuring benefits are properly managed, overseeing workers compensation claims, responding to legal actions, managing employee orientations, salary adjustments, promotions, and other activities related to human resources.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience or equivalent 2-year degree in Human Resources with 5 years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of ATS and HRIS systems highly desirable but not required.
PHR/SHRM-CP desired but not required.
