Base pay range
$21.00/hr - $23.00/hr
About the Job:
- Support the cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of common areas and equipment.
- Order and restock supplies in kitchens, workrooms, storage areas, etc.
- Assist with monthly reports, yearly inventory, shipment preparations, and meeting setup.
- Prepare workspaces, welcome boxes, and training equipment for new hires.
- Conduct building tours, serve as the safety warden during emergencies, and provide receptionist coverage as needed.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
About You:
- 2+ years of experience in an office coordination or administrative role or an associate's degree are required.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite with basic technical skills.
- Customer service oriented with high professionalism.
- Self-starter who is dependable and organized.
About the Position:
- $21/hr-$22/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary for 6-12 weeks.
- Hours are 9:00am-3:30pm.
- 100% on site in Arlington, VA.
- Free parking.
