Overview
Pacific Aviation is looking for bilingual (English/Japanese) individuals to join our team as Airline Customer Service Agents at San Francisco International Airport (SFO). This role involves delivering exceptional service in a fast‑paced, international environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist passengers during departures (check‑in to boarding) and arrivals (deplaning to baggage claim).
- Handle passenger inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure smooth terminal operations.
- Deliver exceptional service with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to provide seamless ground handling services for flights carrying 200‑300 passengers.
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese (spoken and written).
- Strong communication skills, including active listening.
- Customer service experience (preferred but not required).
- Computer literacy with attention to detail and quick, accurate data entry.
- Calmness and problem‑solving skills in high‑pressure situations.
- Flexibility to work late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods.

Shift
Shift is 8:50 PM – 12:50 AM including Fridays and Saturdays.
Compensation
Base pay: $2,315.00 / yr ($23.15 per hour).

San Francisco International Airport (SFO), on site.
