Design, maintain, and enhance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track GA assembly shop performance (Quality, Delivery, Cost). Collaborate with engineering and business teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and integrate with a centralized data mesh. Collect, analyze, and document data from internal and external sources to generate actionable insights. Transform data into compelling insights that drive strategic decision‑making and KPI optimization. Stay informed on best practices, trends, and innovations in data analytics. Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment. Qualifications High School diploma, GED, or equivalent. Minimum (1) year of experience working within automotive or manufacturing. Skilled with common workplace software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Detail‑oriented with strong record‑keeping and organizational skills. Availability for occasional off‑hours calls. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Tableau expertise, SQL, R, and/or Python is a plus. Physical Requirements Standing – Frequent/Intermittent up to 4 hours per day. Walking – Frequent/Intermittent up to 4 hours per day. Sitting – Occasionally/Intermittent up to 8 hours per day. Lifting – up to 50 lbs. occasionally/Intermittent. Carrying – up to 50 lbs. occasionally/Intermittent. Pushing/Pulling – between 50‑100 lbs. occasionally/Intermittent.
