Together, we develop, operationalize, and continuously optimize a competitive and profitable B2B pricing strategy for PRO that balances volume growth, margin targets, and a fair price perception across all sales channels and countries.
Deine Aufgaben
Strategy:
Definition and maintenance of the B2B PRO-pricing logicincluding net vs list, bulk, and Profi packs in collaboration with the core Pricing and Category Management teams
Condition management:
Design, steering, and optimization of the volume discount and condition model to incentivize larger baskets and loyalty
Market monitoring:
Continuous tracking of price positioning versus key competitors and derivation of recommendations for core and top‑seller items
Profitability steering:
Analysis of price and margin effects at product and customer level to support Category Management and Sales with profitability scenarios
Sales support:
Acting as a PRO‑pricing sparring partner for Sales in defining price structures and deals for important customers and tenders
Tech integration:
Ensuring correct technical implementation of PRO‑pricing logic across relevant systems in collaboration with IT and Data teams
Performance monitoring:
Establishment and review of PRO‑pricing KPIs and translation of findings into concrete improvement measures

Expertise:
Professional experience in PRO‑pricing, revenue management, or controlling, ideally in a B2B, retail, or wholesale environment
Analytics:
Excellent analytical skills and high data affinity with the ability to derive clear recommendations from large data sets
Affinity:
Strong technical and process affinity regarding the flow of PRO‑pricing data through ERP systems and front‑end tools
Acumen:
Solid understanding of B2B buying behavior and the ability to explain complex pricing decisions to various stakeholders
