Key Responsibilities
Investigates auto claim facts, collects police reports, and verifies coverage.
Determines coverage, liability, and damages within authority.
Provides customer service and identifies needs.
Uses company technology and systems.
Assesses subrogation or fraud potential.
Recognizes vehicle body parts and potential property damage.
Experience 0‑2 years preferred.
Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no supervisory duties.
Compensation Base salary: $39,852‑$55,000 annually, plus incentive pay as applicable.
