Qualifications

Four-year degree in a relevant field highly desired.

10+ years’ experience in estimating public or private work projects, that include water, sewer, storm drain, and underground construction.

Experience working for a contractor.

Experience with HCSS (Heavybid Software).

Good communication and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

Provide estimating capabilities and experience to the estimating and project department in bid preparation.

Provide business development skillsets to the Northern California region establishing and maintaining client relationships in securing projects to bid.

Bid submission, budget preparation and project risk analysis.

Collaborate with Project Managers and Superintendents.
