About the Role:

An opportunity has arisen for a

Assistant Manager - In Room Dining

position to join our

F&B Department

in

Jumeirah Mallorca . The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

Ensure workplace safety by identifying hazards, instructing colleagues on safe practices, and maintaining proper equipment handling and storage standards.

Anticipate and meet guest needs, maintain rapport, handle complaints and compliments professionally, and personalize service by recording guest preferences.

Master and adhere to food, beverage, and service standards, ensure smooth restaurant operations, and actively participate in service monitoring.

Schedule and train colleagues, coordinate resources for special events, and ensure effective communication regarding operational changes.

Monitor and control costs, adhere to budgets, and communicate adjustments to the Chef and F&B Director.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Previous supervisory experience in a similar establishment and basic food and hygiene training

Excellent level of English, Spanish is preferred.

Friendly, approachable and professional personality attributes

Excellent supervisory, leadership and customer care skills

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and preferred knowledge of the Opera System
