Job Description
Provide legal counsel and representation in complex antitrust and competition litigation cases.
Analyze and advise on merger control matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and execute case strategies.
Conduct legal research and draft high‑quality legal documents, including briefs and memoranda.
Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, and court proceedings.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and strategic advice.
Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments to provide informed counsel.
Contribute to the firm's knowledge‑sharing initiatives and professional development programs.

The Successful Applicant A successful candidate should have:
A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Bar admission in the state of New York.
Strong knowledge of antitrust and competition law, including litigation and merger control.
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and colleagues.
