Night Audit Overview Night Audit is a very important role within the hotel function. Working the overnight hours (11pm-7am) is not easy. This candidate needs to be self-motivated, disciplined and organized. The night audit position will welcome guests, oversee processing and reconciling the daily receipts as well as preparing guests' bills.
Responsibilities
Performing guests check in and check outs.
Respond to guests needs and requests.
Securing payment, verifying, and adjusting the bills as needed.
Handling accounting of money, receipts, guests accounts and credit through operation of the FD computer system and completion of reports required to ensure the company’s funds are secure.
Close out the day for both front desk and food and beverage computer systems.
Summarizing the nights operations and communication with the necessary departments.
Ensures rollover from one business day to the next.
Job Requirements If you are interested in kickstarting your career in the hotel industry and have the following skills, we would love to speak with you:

Pleasant and friendly demeanor.
Able to work as a team and independently.
Flexible working hours.
Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
