Hudson Property Management is recruiting for a full-time leasing consultant. Our company is a dynamic, fast-growing real estate investment company located in Pittsburgh, PA. You will join a team of dedicated senior management, property managers, fellow leasing consultants, and facilities maintenance team members who strive to provide exemplary customer service to our residents and clients.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and effectively to inbound phone calls, emails, and other communications from potential residents, delivering engaging, customer-focused, and sales-driven information that highlights the property's unique value proposition.

Proactively follow up with all prospects in a timely manner to maintain a minimum 34% closing ratio, using effective lead conversion techniques and an goal-oriented sales approach.

Accurately track all leasing leads and interactions in the property’s CRM system (e.g., Knock, Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio) and produce detailed daily and weekly leasing reports that reflects sales pipeline progress, conversions, and performance-based metrics, attend weekly leasing meetings to discuss reports with senior staff members.

Conduct professional, persuasive apartment tours that focus on a needs-based selling, answer questions confidently, and highlight competitive advantages based on ongoing market surveys and knowledge of the Cranberry rental market.

Effectively communicate with incoming prospects and current residents.

Process all leasing paperwork efficiently and in a timely manner, including applicant screenings, credit checks, and lease documentation, ensuring compliance and a smooth sales-to-lease conversion.

Prepare keys, welcome packets, and all necessary materials for efficient move-in and move-out coordination, reinforcing a hospitality-driven approach and positive resident experience.

Set and maintain both short term and long term leasing goals.

Regularly conduct market surveys to stay informed on local competitor pricing, availability, and promotions to support effective positioning strategies.

Handle general administrative office duties, including scheduling appointments, preparing units for showings, assess property curb appeal and general appearance, assisting with resident inquiries, and supporting the property manager with property operations and sales initiatives.

Qualifications

1-2 Years of leasing experience or sales experience.

Self motivated and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Proven track record in sales.

Ability to work well independently as well as within a team.

Ability to quickly learn new software programs and company processes/procedures. Experience in OneSite is a plus, but not required.

Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Compensation

$45,000 - $53,000 yearly
