Job Description

Provide legal advice and support on energy and infrastructure projects.

Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and agreements.

Conduct thorough due diligence and legal research for transactions.

Collaborate with clients to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws.

Assist in structuring and executing project financing deals.

Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments in the energy and infrastructure sector.

Provide strategic legal solutions to meet client needs effectively.
