The Wraparound Program Supervisor is responsible for leadership of the Wraparound Program and for carrying out and overseeing all activities under their direction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide leadership for Wraparound Coordinators and Program Compliance

Educate and direct staff in agency policies, procedures, treatment techniques and principles of teamwork.

Ensure Wraparound Coordinators are implementing the program in accordance with program intent and best practices according to funding source requirements

Collaborate with departments both programmatic and administration to

Represents Wedgwood Christian Services within Marketing and Public Relations activities

Provide supervision for Wraparound Coordinators:

Hire, orient, and providing ongoing supervision to Wraparound Coordinators

Conduct performance reviews, disciplinary action (when needed) approves time off

Meet regularly with staff to review and provide input into treatment plans.

Review all designated reports and PCP’s, and assure that all standards are being met.

Evaluate performance and provide feedback on a regular basis.

Administration

Provides coverage for Wraparound Coordinators.

Attend all funding source meetings related to program area

Ensure compliance to all crisis mental health discharges within state

Ensure all authorization are current for both internal and external service providers

Collaborate with other departments including finance and administrative support to ensure all services meet funding source requirements

Serves as the lead for comprehensive care provided to all eligible clients and works with external partners to ensure compliance with state guidelines

Work collaboratively with referral sources

Quality Assurance

Responsible for tracking and monitoring utilization and outcome data, including quarterly reporting for the all agency report card.

Responsible for timely Quality Assurance compliance including but not limited to: peer reviews, score cards, audits, satisfaction surveys

Professional Growth

Attend additional training (16 hours) related to provision of support to children/youth and their families served in the waiver annually as required by MDHHS

Ensures Wraparound Coordinators complete all state and agency mandated training

Keep informed of current Wraparound program developments and activities.

Financial/Budgetary Responsibilities

Holds an agency credit card and submits monthly reports detailing funds spent related to client care, training, and other activities related to the program

Reviews monthly budget reports to ensure program is on target with projections and makes recommendations for adjustments as needed

Serves as lead for program area in business reviews and other agency activities

Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be certified in Wraparound

Must have specialized training and one year of experience in the examination, evaluation, and treatment of minors and their families and who is a physician, psychologist, licensed or limited-licensed master’s social worker, licensed or limited-licensed professional counselor, or registered nurse; or a bachelor’s degree in a mental health-related field from an accredited school who is trained and has three years supervised experience in the examination, evaluation, and treatment of minors and their families; or an individual with at least a master’s degree in a mental health-related field from an accredited school who is trained and has one year of experience in the examination, evaluation and treatment of minors and their families.

Minimum of three years of experience working with home based programs

One year experience supervising staff, two years preferred.

Prior experience working with an interdisciplinary team preferred.

Must have a valid driver’s license.
