The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator opportunity is a key member of the Lighthouse Personnel Team who will contribute to the administrative and recruitment activities and initiatives; ensuring compliance and employment laws are consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Universal Health Services and in accordance with government regulation, licensing and accreditation requirements. HR Coordinator is responsible for comprehensive full cycle recruitment and onboarding tasks based on organizational and regulatory standards.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
Maintains personnel files of both active and termed employees.
Assist with screening applicants for interviews and hire.
Represents the facility at career fairs and community events.
Assists with front desk coverage in the facility.
Performs data entry and communicates effectively with interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications Position Requirements
Associate’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred. Prior experience in lieu of education accepted.
Ideal candidate will have superior communication skills and knowledge of all Human Resources functions.
Two or more years of Administrative or Medical Office experience required.
Must demonstrate sound capabilities, to include but not limited to, Employment and Recruitment, Compensation, Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Relations, EEOC, and other state/federal employment laws.
