Dealer Development and Operation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Dealer Development and Operation Manager to take full responsibility for the development, construction, and operational excellence of the dealer network in the Spanish market.
This role will oversee the entire process from network planning and new facility construction to day‑to‑day operational management, aiming to strengthen dealer capabilities and ensure brand standard execution, ultimately driving market share growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze competitor networks and market share within the region to formulate localized network development strategies. Oversee and follow through on channel development projects, leveraging knowledge of local dealer network layouts, commercial contracts, and relevant regulations. Collaborate with internal committees to evaluate dealer business plans and ensure compliance with established processes. Dealer Facility Construction & Project Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for construction suppliers and dealers, managing the entire process of new dealership construction or renovation projects. Monitor construction progress, quality, and budget, identifying and alerting stakeholders to key risks to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, to quality standards, and in full alignment with brand identity guidelines. Dealer Operations & Performance Management:
Manage dealer onboarding, including review and documentation processes. Communicate, promote, and drive the implementation of corporate dealer operation standards, sales processes, and brand identity guidelines. Regularly analyze dealer operational data, evaluate organizational effectiveness, sales KPIs, and overall performance, provide improvement support, and summarize implementation outcomes. Develop dealer incentive policies and establish early‑warning management mechanisms. Oversee sales satisfaction management and optimize customer experience. Qualifications
Work Experience
Minimum 3 years of comprehensive experience in dealer network development, construction, and operations within the automotive industry. Experience at a dealer group or automotive OEM is preferred. Familiarity with the Spanish market, including knowledge of the local dealer network ecosystem, commercial contract practices, and relevant laws and regulations. Hands‑on experience working directly with end consumers (To C), with a deep understanding of customer needs. Professional Knowledge & Skills
Strong understanding of the entire dealer operation process and key aspects of facility construction project management. Excellent data analysis skills and commercial acumen. Core Competencies
Strong execution skills – ability to drive project and standard implementation effectively. Outstanding communication and coordination skills – adept at collaborating efficiently with internal and external partners (suppliers, dealers). Solid project management ability – capable of managing multiple development and construction projects simultaneously while controlling risks. Results‑driven mindset, able to perform under pressure and pursue goals persistently. Language Requirements
Professional working proficiency in English. Fluent in Spanish (business communication, negotiation, and documentation).
