Job Description Paralegal – Estate Planning & Estate Administration Location: 14221 Clarence NY Employment Type: Direct Hire, On-Site Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (No evenings or weekends) Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 annually, depending on experience Start Date: January 1st (Part-time option available until transitioning to full-time on April 1st) Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal with extensive experience in estate planning and estate administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling wills and trusts, as well as managing the full scope of estate planning and probate administration. Key Responsibilities • Draft and prepare estate planning documents, including wills and trusts • Manage estates and oversee probate administration processes • Conduct legal research to support attorneys and clients • Communicate effectively with clients regarding estate matters • Provide administrative support in estate planning and administration cases Qualifications • Proven experience as a paralegal specializing in estate planning and estate administration • Strong knowledge of wills, trusts, and probate procedures • Excellent drafting, organizational, and research skills • Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail • Professional communication skills for client interaction
