Description We're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. Responsibilities
Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment
Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures
Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures
Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads
Work in collaboration with other technicians who will assist you with a variety of maintenance tasks
Qualifications
2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role
Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED
Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills
This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
Compensation $25 - $35 hourly
