Rite of Passage is hiring for an ORR Group Supervisor at Sycamore Canyon Academy in Oracle, Arizona ✨ Sycamore Canyon Academy is a unique therapeutic and educational community located in the heart of Oracle, Arizona. As a ORR Program Manager, you play a key role in shaping the future of our students. Exercise considerable independent judgment and authority through direction and supervision of both students and staff to meet expectations of the services provided. Provide direct control and direction over subordinate staff such as Senior Coach Counselors, Coach Counselors, Night Coach Counselors, transportation staff, and others as assigned in the safety, care, and around‑the‑clock supervision of students. Participate in and exercise authority in decisions involving hiring, transferring, suspending, laying off, promoting, discharging, assigning, evaluating performance, rewarding, or disciplining employees and program delivery. Schedule

A shift Sunday to every other Wednesday from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. (Schedule subject to change based on program needs). Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Supervisory experience preferred. Bilingual in Spanish and English. At least 1 year of experience working with youth in a child welfare or agency setting. At least 21 years of age. Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen (THC not tested), physical, TB test, and child abuse central registry search. Skills & Behaviors

High School or better. Experience

1 year working with at‑risk youth. Licenses & Certifications
