Key Responsibilities
Prospect and approach potential client delivery workers to introduce and sell e‑bike solutions.
Engage with prospective clients in a friendly, professional, and assertive manner to understand their needs and present e‑bike offers.
Conduct compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our e‑bikes.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively position our products.
Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
Requirements
Relevant outside sales experience or similar role.
Hardworking hustler mentality with strong work ethic and goal‑driven focus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients.
Confident and persuasive in presenting products and closing sales.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and sales activities efficiently.
Self‑motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Passionate advocate for equal opportunity.
Knowledge of the delivery industry and e‑bike market.
Authorized to work in the US.
Foreign language knowledge (French, Spanish, Arabic) is a plus.
