Credentials:
High School diploma or GED. One (1) year sustained recovery from a mental health or substance use disorder.
Special skills/knowledge:
Ability to operate basic office and electronic devises and their related software.
Primary functions:
Serve as an active member of the client’s treatment team, including participation in team meetings and treatment planning meetings.
Implement and coordinate recovery plans for individual clients in assigned population group, including evaluation, consultation, education, and follow-up services.
Serve as role model for clients by sharing own recovery process and teaching effective coping techniques and self-help strategies.
Provide advocacy services on behalf of clients.
Inform supervisor and other members of treatment team, as indicated, of issues/concerns related to individual clients.
Shift/Days and Work Hours:
Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm
