Your Role as a Financial Services Representative

Embody SmartBank's core values and core purpose.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and directing inquiries.

Manage daily lobby activities: greet clients warmly, offer hospitality, and ensure refreshments.

Accurately receive deposits and payments, verify checks, issue receipts, and provide account information.

Cash checks and accept withdrawal requests in accordance with bank policies; refer questionable transactions to supervisor.

Provide special services as needed (redemption of U.S. Savings Bonds, issuance of official checks, coin deposits, coin orders).

Process payments for credit cards, local utilities, and other services; transmit payment information to appropriate agencies by daily cut-off.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience in cash handling.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Work Schedule Standard business hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
