Inside Sales Representative – Home Matters Caregiving (Remote)
WHO WE ARE:
At
Home Matters Caregiving , we’re redefining what senior care can be. Led by a team with deep experience building and scaling businesses — including taking a technology startup public on the Nasdaq — we bring forward‑thinking innovation to a timeless mission: helping people thrive wherever they call home.
We blend high‑touch care with cutting‑edge technology, creating a forward‑thinking culture in an industry ready for transformation. Mission‑driven individuals who are curious, empathetic, and high‑energy can build meaningful, fast‑growing careers here, surrounded by a team that’s passionate about making a real difference.
ABOUT THE ROLE: This is not your typical inside sales role. Our
Inside Sales Representatives
are the first voice families hear when they reach out for help — and the trusted guides who set them on the path to care. You’ll manage warm, inbound leads from families actively seeking support, gathering detailed insights about their loved one’s needs, preferences, and challenges.
Your role is to build rapport quickly, offer clarity in a time of uncertainty, and schedule in‑home assessments conducted by our field‑based Business Development Managers. It’s a vital part of our mission, and you’ll have a clear, proven process to follow — with the freedom to make every conversation personal, empathetic, and impactful.
This is a full‑time, remote position where you’ll spend the majority of your day on the phone connecting with wonderful people needing help.
SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE REQUIRES:
Building immediate trust during initial phone conversations
Relentlessly follow up with families to guide them toward scheduling an assessment
Managing your pipeline with precision and urgency
Communicating clearly and effectively with families and internal teams
Staying organized, responsive, and empathetic throughout the sales process
WHO YOU ARE: A Curious Self‑Starter:
You figure things out, ask great questions, and don’t wait to be told.
An Empathetic Connector:
You build rapport quickly, even over the phone, and know how to make people feel seen and heard.
A Strong Communicator:
You explain complex ideas simply, listen actively, and know how to guide people with confidence.
Tech‑Savvy:
Comfortable with using technology, navigating CRMs, and eager to adopt new AI tools.
Energetic and Persistent:
Excited to connect with families, stay organized, and follow up without missing a beat.
Mission‑Driven:
You want a meaningful career, not just a job.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage warm, inbound leads from families seeking care
Conduct compassionate, comprehensive discovery calls to gather family needs, preferences, and challenges
Schedule in‑home assessments with our field‑based Business Development Managers
Diligently follow up with families via phone, text, and email
Manage your pipeline through
HubSpot
and internal systems
Collaborate with Business Development Managers and Leadership for seamless client experiences
REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years of phone‑based inside sales, customer service, or client‑facing experience (preferred)
Exceptional verbal communication skills and emotional intelligence
Proficiency with technology —
HubSpot, Slack, G‑Suite
Monday–Sunday schedule with flexibility to accommodate family needs
Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required — we train the right person
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Fully remote — work from home
On the phone for the majority of your shift
Fast‑paced, mission‑driven team environment
COMPENSATION:
Base salary + bonus structure
based on scheduled assessments and conversions
Benefits:
Health Insurance, Paid Time Off
We set you up for success with the systems, scripts, and training you need to thrive
Final Note: If you're a high‑energy, mission‑driven professional ready to make a meaningful impact and grow with a forward‑thinking organization, we would love to meet you.
