Assistant Manager We are looking for an Assistant Manager! Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

All cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.

Customer relations and ensuring a perfect image.

Follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from the crew.

Staffing, paperwork, food management, and working to a schedule.

Great customer service, attendance punctuality, and transportation to/from work.

Store cleanliness, marketing, and overall profitability.

General Job Duties For All Store Team Members

Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.

Prepare product, receive and process telephone orders.

Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.

Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Training, orientation, and training provided on the job.

Communication skills: ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.

Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

Essential functions/skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; make correct monetary changes.

Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.

Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid and accurate movements with speed.

Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within designated delivery areas.

Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying products.

Work Conditions Work may involve varying and sometimes adverse weather, temperature extremes, fumes from food odors, and exposure to cornmeal dust. Conditions include working in cramped quarters such as walk‑in coolers and handling hot surfaces or tools up to 500°F. Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts may be encountered.
