Unidine is hiring immediately for a full‑time
SHIFT SUPERVISOR
position at Eben Ezer Lutheran Care Center in Brush, CO. The role involves overseeing shift activities, training staff, ensuring quality and safety standards, and maintaining schedules and reports.
Location & Schedule
Location: Eben Ezer Lutheran Care Center – 122 Hospital Road, Brush, CO 80723.
Schedule: Full time; days and hours may vary, including morning shifts as needed.
Compensation
Pay Range: $18.50 to $22.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
Provide training and create work schedules.
Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers, and discipline those who fail to meet standards.
Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations.
Act as the primary contact for employee complaints or time‑off requests.
Serve as a mentor to develop employees and encourage goal setting for advancement.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Prior supervisory experience is required.
