Responsibilities

Verify and distribute parts in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner according to center procedures.

Check in, tag, and distribute parts immediately upon receipt or by 9 am for overnight deliveries.

Verify correct parts with mirror match.

Distribute parts to parts carts/containers and deliver to workstations.

Post and scan parts.

Return and re‑order incorrect or damaged parts.

Track incomplete order status (outstanding orders, backorders, and credits) and follow up as needed.

Complete parts hot runs as necessary.

Maintain pending credits at zero.

Keep the work area clean and well organized.

Qualifications

At least 18 years of age.

Valid driver’s license required.

Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone, and in person.

Strong organizational skills.

General parts knowledge preferred.

Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Successful completion of a background check required.

Physical & Environmental Requirements While performing this job, the employee regularly uses hands, talks, and hears. Often stands, sits, walks, and occasionally reaches with hands, arms while moving objects up to 20 pounds. Requires close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
