Time Type: Full time. The position is expected to close on 01/14/2026. Compensation: $23.93 per hour (estimated).
Responsibilities
Oversee and assure accurate equipment information on assigned shifts work orders, creating and closing them while working with the shift’s maintenance assistant supervisor.
Gather data on plant equipment as required.
Assist maintenance as instructed by supervisor(s) when not performing planners duties.
Meet required data entry capabilities, including typing (minimum 40 words per minute with accuracy), broad vocabulary, maintaining files, and other duties as assigned.
Work and communicate well with supervisors, subordinates, and other planners.
Able to work in an office‑type environment and hand in hand throughout plant operations, while maintaining a work‑safe attitude and following plant policies.
Qualifications
Possess working knowledge of processing or related operations, equipment, and terminology.
Ability to operate mainframe and/or PC type computers and programs (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing).
Typing a minimum of 40 words per minute with accuracy.
Must be qualified in Fire Watch and Confined Space.
