Call Center Customer Service Representative – Dental Insurance
Northeast Delta Dental , Concord, NH (all applicants must live in NH).
Full‑time, hybrid. The role focuses on answering questions from subscribers, producers, groups, and dental offices about Delta Dental products and claims.
Compensation
– $22.00 to $24.00 per hour (depending on experience).

A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Representative
Research claims and coordinate information from other departments to respond to customer inquiries.
Collaborate with internal department personnel to resolve customer inquiries.
Authorize adjustments to billing to resolve customer service issues.
Work with dental office personnel to clarify subscriber coverage, identify allowable procedures, and resolve billing issues.
Maintain positive rapport with dental office staff to promote a positive image of Northeast Delta Dental.
Compose and send written correspondence via mail or email to subscribers and purchasers to answer questions, clarify benefits, or respond to inquiries.
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills
Two years of related experience or equivalent training, experience, and/or education.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
A positive, warm, and empathetic attitude toward customers.
Ability to diligently seek accurate answers to customer questions.
Work Schedule The work schedule is a 4‑day work week: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm; Friday 8:30 am – 6:00 pm; Tuesday off. The position requires on‑site training for at least six months. After meeting call‑answering goals and training requirements, remote work from the applicant’s NH home is possible with occasional on‑site meetings and trainings at the manager’s discretion.
