Position Summary This Facility Operator is responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and ensuring proper working conditions and operation of disposals within assigned area. This position reports to the Area Manager or Supervisor out of our South, Texas office.

Essential Job Duties
Performs equipment maintenance and repairs, including but not limited to replacing leaking fittings, valves, and repairing hoses.
Monitors tank level, pressures, tank thieving, and tank gauging, while troubleshooting equipment on location including but not limited to electrical, automation, and mechanical systems.
Replaces and cleans filters.
Cleans area debris, removes plants, and pressure washes etc.
Operates locations’ automation system (SCADA).
Complies with all Company policies and procedures, including but no limited to KPA, JSAs, Training, Incident Reports, and Safety Observations.
Submits own timesheets timely and accurately for approval and adheres to schedule as agreed upon on the date of hire, and adjusted work schedules thereafter based on company needs.

Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or comparable such as GED.
Must be 18 years of age.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Self‑motivated and strong time‑management skills.
Must have a valid driver's license and be deemed insurable by the Company's insurance provider throughout employment to be able to drive a Company vehicle.
Ensuring compliance Samsara Driver Application.
Able to effectively communicate with all levels of organization.
Preferred Qualifications
1 year minimum in Oil and gas industry preferred.
Positive and will–do attitude.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to work 12 hr rotating shift schedule.
Must be able to drive for long periods of time, and work under critical weather conditions.
Must be able to stand, bend, walk, climb stairs and lift over 50lbs for continuous hours if needed.
Equipment Used
Computer/Ipad.
Telephone.
Field equipment.
Company vehicle.
Working Conditions
Works in extreme hot and cold temperatures.
Will be exposed to some chemicals throughout the day. H2S common around disposals, proper training will be provided prior to working in this environment.
