Job Description The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant Managers drive sales results, oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and ensure a high‑quality customer experience and store presentation. They lead talent development from recruiting and training to coaching, and support merchandising and floor design.
What You’ll Do
Drive customer experience and sales.
Manage OMNI channel fulfillment and store operations.
Supervise store presentation and sales floor.
Oversee staffing, scheduling, and payroll.
Train and develop staff.
Communicate and protect assets.
Qualifications – What It Takes
Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer‑facing role.
Strong problem‑solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
Team‑building, self‑starter, and adaptability.
Multi‑tasking and strong organizational skills.
Fashion interest and knowledge.
Drive to achieve results.
Benefits & Compensation The starting rate for this position is $21.30 per hour. In addition, employees are eligible for a range of benefits:
