General Manager Domino’s Pizza General Managers are the backbone of our business. General Managers handle all aspects of running a store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service, and maintaining exceptional product quality standards. While working as an assistant manager, you will learn through experience how to eventually become a General Manager.
Opportunities The Management Development Program allows only our own store managers to apply for franchising opportunities. For many General Managers, the ultimate goal is to own their own business. Only individuals who have successfully managed a Domino’s Pizza store for at least a year are eligible to apply for a franchise. If you are looking for a career path within our corporation, you could become a Trainer or a Regional Manager in our field marketplace.
Qualifications
Valid U.S. employment authorization that allows you to work in the United States of America.
Friendly, organized, and efficient in time management.
Works well with others and under stress in a high‑paced environment.
Preferred restaurant experience and ability to multitask.
Motivational skills, enthusiastic, and able to train and develop a team.
Able to make employee schedules, place store food orders, maintain inventory, and keep the store employees in proper image.
Must be able to follow Team Sharma Domino’s Policies and work together as a team.
Exceptional product above all.
Physical Requirements Standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, and reaching are required in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Bulk product deliveries (weighing up to 50 pounds) and large cans (weighing 3.5 pounds) are carried from the workstation to storage shelves. Trays of pizza dough (approximately 12 pounds per tray) are carried three at a time over short distances. Trays may also be pulled. Walking and climbing duties apply to delivery personnel traveling between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the customer’s location.
