Location: Tiverton – Contract: Full Time, Permanent – Hours: 40/week – Pay: £12.69–£13.31 per hour (DoE) + £30 sleep rate – Closing Date: Saturday 31 January 2026
Responsibilities You will greet and support young people aged 8–18 in a residential setting, ensuring they feel safe and supported each day. Tasks include preparing meals, running household chores, supporting homework and learning activities, managing childcare schedules, creating a “home” atmosphere, and organising recreational activities such as games, park visits or movies. You will complete paperwork and planning but if you enjoy helping young people grow you’ll find the role rewarding and full of meaning.

Annual leave: 224 hours (5.6 weeks) and opportunities to earn up to 10 sleep ins per month at £30 per sleep
