Job Brief Maintenance Technician, Kennewick, WA – Full‑time, Non‑exempt, no relocation. Job ID: 16128.
Position Highlights
$22.29–$27.31 per hour, depending on experience.
100% employer‑paid health insurance (medical, dental, vision, Rx, 24/7 telemedicine).
Profit sharing and 403(b) retirement plan.

What You’ll Do
Perform HVAC troubleshooting and general maintenance.
Conduct carpentry, plumbing, light electrical, and masonry work per safety standards.
Landscape and maintain grounds and common areas, including snow and ice removal.
Disposal of medical waste, including hazardous and infectious waste.
Assist with construction projects, furniture moves, and contractor coordination.
Manage building security and access control systems.
Oversee vendor maintenance for HVAC, security, fire alarm, roofing, medical gas, and landscaping.
Maintain company vehicles to standards.
Document safety inspections per corporate standards.
Ensure building cleanliness and perform daily janitorial duties.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
One year of building maintenance experience.
First Aid certification within 90 days of hire.
Forklift license required for procurement work.
Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
Pre‑employment physical assessment.
Effective verbal and listening skills.
Logical reasoning, problem‑solving, and judgment.
Ability to work independently and multitask.
Professional interaction with employees.
Basic computer proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Knowledge of safe cleaning chemical use.
Proficiency with maintenance tools and equipment.
Carpentry, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, and HVAC skills.
Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
Ability to read and understand construction documents.
