Job Summary As a Customer Service Associate (CSA), you are the friendly face that puts the

wow

in Wawa by greeting and serving our customers.

What you’ll do

Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met quickly and courteously.

Prepare food items such as our breakfast menu, built‑to‑order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas while keeping our coffee station clean and organized.

Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age‑restricted products.

Ensure the stores are well‑stocked and shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting.

Help keep the stores clean and safe by following all established policy, procedures, and guidelines.

Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash.

Qualifications

Great communication and customer service skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and multitask like a pro.

Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.

Enjoy working in a team environment.

Pay & Hours The hourly range for this position is $16.50 – $20.25, commensurate with experience and location. Associates in this position receive a $1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 12 am and 6 am.
