Responsibilities
Stocks shelves, refills displays.
Loads, unloads, and moves heavy, bulky products; may unload trucks.
Conditions shelves and products.
Learns and applies product knowledge, paying attention to rotation dates, shelf/label info, to meet department A+ Standards.
Keeps department clean and well‑organized, including back room and shelves.
Applies personal discipline to ensure compliance with and execution of established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and leader direction.
Ensures federal, state, and company regulations and standards for product food safety and sanitation are met.
Works efficiently and with a team attitude; complies with and maintains productivity standards.
Takes constructive feedback well; applies learning to future tasks.
May coach or train other Stockers.
Operates with a team mindset, often working cross‑functionally within the store and building relationships across departments (e.g., Curbside).
Assists customers in locating products and answering product questions.
Qualifications
