Warehouse Material Handler - 2nd Shift U.S. Venture, Inc. (division: U.S. AutoForce) seeks a Warehouse Material Handler to support tire and auto parts distribution.

Position Summary U.S. AutoForce is a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., bringing more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.

Job Responsibilities

Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as forklift or picker equipment.

Use scanners to locate and put away tires and assist with inventory control.

Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds; use team lifts or mechanical equipment for commercial tires.

Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.

Work at heights up to 25 feet safely while operating equipment.

Remain on your feet for extended periods and be willing to work overtime as needed.

Contribute to our culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.

Assist other departments (e.g., e‑commerce, inventory) as business needs dictate.

Perform other job‑related tasks as directed by supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.

Physical Demands and Work Environment Frequency of lifting products up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 80 pounds. Exerting a pushing force of up to 40 pounds is common. Must operate equipment safely with or without reasonable accommodations. Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, SRL (self‑retracting lifeline). All equipment provided by U.S. AutoForce except steel/composite toe boots.

Work environment may involve exposure to weather conditions, moderate noise levels, and fumes associated with tires and certain car parts and lubricants.

Qualifications

Age 18 or older.

At least 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.

Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally 80 pounds.

Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.

Ability to work at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment.

Adherence to all company safety policies and transportation regulations.

Forklift certification (pass).

Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.

Team player.

Successful pre‑employment drug test (excluding THC/marijuana).
