Customer Service Representative - Retail
Join the Boelter community as a Super Store Associate providing knowledgeable consultation to customers across in‑store, phone, and virtual channels. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and supporting general showroom operations.
Responsibilities
Assist customers with foodservice equipment and supply needs, including professional chefs, business owners, and home cooks.
Process in‑store transactions and phone‑in orders.
Create quotes and place special orders for non‑stock merchandise and equipment, including timely follow‑up.
Support inventory monitoring, merchandising, and overall store presentation and recovery.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
2–5 years of experience in customer service, sales, or the foodservice industry; familiarity with equipment and supplies used in restaurant or hospitality operations is a plus.
Professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with basic computer applications; experience with SAP or point‑of‑sale (POS) systems is preferred.
